For Paneer Pakoda:

¼ cup corn flour
¼ cup maida 
½ tsp pepper crushed
½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder 
1 tsp soy sauce
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp ginger-garlic paste
¼ cup water
9 cubes paneer 
oil for deep frying

For Gravy:

4 tsp oil
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
4 tbsp spring onion chopped
2 tbsp onion finely chopped
2 green chilli slit
½ capsicum green & red, cubed
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
¼ tsp pepper crushed
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp corn flour
1 cup water


  1. Firstly, prepare corn flour batter adding the spices mentioned above.

2. After that dip cubes of paneer  and deep fry in hot oil.

3. Fry the paneer till they turn golden and crisp.

4. Take a pan and add 4 tsp oil and saute 2 cloves garlic.

5. Also add 2 tbsp spring onion, 2 tbsp onion, and 2 green chilli. Saute well. Further more add ½ capsicum (green & red) and saute slightly.
add 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp chilli sauce, ¼ tsp pepper, and ¼ tsp salt. Saute on high flame

6. Pour the corn flour water and stir continuously until it become thick.

7. Add fried paneer and mix a little.

8. Finally, serve chilli paneer gravy recipe garnished with few chopped spring onions /kasturi Methi along with fried rice.
