Pork Dry Fry | Starter Dish | Try This With Chilled Beer

Ingredients:
1. Pork 1/2kg
2. Onion -2(cut into 1 inch size)
3. Tomato-1(cut into 1inch size)
4. Capsicum-1(finely sliced)
5. Soya sauce-1tbsp
6. Coriander powder-1tbsp
7. Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
8. Red chili powder-1tsp
9. Chaat masala-1tbsp
10. Mustard oil-1tbsp
11. Fresh coriander leaves
12. Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:

 Boil the pork in cooker for about 3-4 whistles.
 Wash the boiled pork in cold water.
 Marinate the boiled pork with soya sauce,cumin powder,coriander powder,chaat masala,red chili
powder and salt. Set aside for half hour.
 In a pan heat 1tbsp mustard oil.Fry the marinated pork for about 10min.
 Add the chopped onions,tomato and capsicum and fry for another 5min.
 Cover and lid and let it cook in low flame for 10min
 Sprinkle water in between if meat sticks to the pan. Sprinkling water helps the meat to absorb the spices
well.
 Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
