Pork Dry Fry | Starter Dish | Try This With Chilled Beer
1. Pork 1/2kg
2. Onion -2(cut into 1 inch size)
3. Tomato-1(cut into 1inch size)
4. Capsicum-1(finely sliced)
5. Soya sauce-1tbsp
6. Coriander powder-1tbsp
7. Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
8. Red chili powder-1tsp
9. Chaat masala-1tbsp
10. Mustard oil-1tbsp
11. Fresh coriander leaves
12. Salt to taste
Boil the pork in cooker for about 3-4 whistles.
Wash the boiled pork in cold water.
Marinate the boiled pork with soya sauce,cumin powder,coriander powder,chaat masala,red chili
powder and salt. Set aside for half hour.
In a pan heat 1tbsp mustard oil.Fry the marinated pork for about 10min.
Add the chopped onions,tomato and capsicum and fry for another 5min.
Cover and lid and let it cook in low flame for 10min
Sprinkle water in between if meat sticks to the pan. Sprinkling water helps the meat to absorb the spices
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
