  • 3/4 cup Paneer(1/2 inch cubed)
  • 2 Tomatoes(cut into halves)
  • ½ cup Green peas
  • ¼ cup Onions(chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
  • 2 Dried Red chillies
  • ½ tsp Cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • Green cardamom-4,Clove-5,Cinnamon-1inch
  • 1 tbsp-Ghee
  • 1tsp-Oil
  • ½ tsp-Sugar
  • Salt-to taste
  • 1 tbsp Fresh cream(optional)


TO BE BOILED(for 10 min): Tomatoes, Green peas and Dried red chilli

After straining and cooling, blend these boiled ingredients with cardamom, cloves and cinnamon.



1) Heat oil+ghee in a non-stick wok over medium flame.

2) Add cumin seeds and allow to splutter.

3)Then add chopped onions, coriander powder and ginger-garlic paste; sauté for a min.

4) Add the blended mixture and cook for 10min over low-flame.(add little water if too thick)

5) Now add salt, sugar and ketchup; Cook for another 5min.

6) Add the paneer cubes.(If you like it creamy add 1tbsp fresh cream)

7) Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice or roti.
